In Lusaka, taking a cuisine tour with a local is highly popular so sign up for one of my food tours-learning about a place through its food is really worthwhile! It would be far preferable for my people to describe all the flavours and noteworthy characteristics of our food to you than for you to sample everything yourself. Besides, I can help you translate stuff you don't understand!

- Marshlands Village is a metropolitan area situated between Chudleigh and Handsworth. It is our route to the best matebeto [local food] house right inside the University of Zambia. You will get to eat at Zambia's number one learning institution
Food tasting
In fact, the food I suggest is excellent, hygienic, and reasonably priced. I may also modify it to fit your nutritional needs. You will be able to enjoy our staple dish, nshima [maize meal], bream fish or michopo [meat chops] crisp veggies that virtually melt in your mouth, like bondwe and kalembula.
If you're a vegetarian, you may also try our delectably unusual desserts like cassava cake, or chikanda [African polony], a dish created from terrestrial orchids.
