Maipu is the "East part" of Mendoza, where the oldest wineries are located such as Trapiche, the biggest winery in Argentina.
The area was historically an olive oil tree farm plantation, and we include a visit to an olive oil farm in our tours.
They are also some boutique wineries such worth visiting!

We will meet you at your hotel in Mendoza, Lujan de Cuyo, or Maipu. Airport pick up is also available.
First winery visit and wine tasitng
Enjoy a winery visit and wine tasting in a beautiful location, with the Andes as scenery...
We like a mix of old and traditional wineries, new and modern, and big wineries, with others smaller, where the atmosphere is more cozy and informal.
If you have any specific winery that you would like to visit, we can include that one in our tour, just let us know.
Your bilingual and layback guide will introduce you to Argentine wines, Its culture, and history.
Second winery visit and wine tasting
Our second venue will be a different style than the first one, The wines will be great as most of them are in Mendoza!
Keep in mind the wine serves are bigger than Napa/ Sonoma. In each location, you will be served between 3-5 wine glasses, and you can always ask for more...
What we suggest: taste all the wines, and wait until the end to drink the one you love the most!
Don´t be shy, spit out the wine at a wine-tasting dump bucket (also called a spittoon), taste every wine twice, to feel all the aromas and flavors.
Paired lunch with wines at our last Winery
A full 3, 5, or 7-course lunch, (depending on the winery), paired with their wines.
We are not in a rush, people usually enjoy a long "sobremesa" (an argentine word, explaining the time you spend talking with somebody, after lunch. Desert or coffee could join here, and we usually talk about football (soccer), politics, long friends, funny facts of the last weeks, etc)
