1. Mount Siguniang is a high-altitude area. Drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity.

2. Mountain weather changes fast. Prepare warm windproof clothes, sunscreen and sunglasses.

3. No difficult hiking. Stay on official paths and do not enter restricted areas.

4. Guests with heart disease, asthma or serious altitude sickness should not join.

5. Avoid drinking alcohol and staying up late before the trip for better altitude adaptation.
