Pandas are the representative of Sichuan. Dujiangyan base is easy to arrive with car and with much less people. You can enjoy your time here to see the pandas.
Foods in Dujiangyan is special and has local flavor , you will explore the old streets and try the local foods there.
Zhongshuge is the most beautiful bookstore in China in 2023, the amazing design of the bookstore makes it very outstanding.

Giant Panda Base (Dujiangyan)
This base is about 1.5h by car from the downtown of Chengdu.
There are three areas that you can see pandas, red pandas.
Tour buses are also available, you can take the bus up to the top and walk down along the trails to see the pandas.
Guanxian County
Guanxian is an ancient town, it consists of one old street and several new streets.
Dujiangyan is a small city where different minorities live together. Here you will see Qiang people, Tibetan People, Muslim. The mixed culture also makes the local foods different and worth trying. You can have lunch here.
And the Nanqiao Bridge is also a highlight for you to see how great the Minjiang river is.
Zhongshuge Bookstore
Chengdu is a city with many bookstores. Some of our local bookstores are even national famous and attracts many people to visit because of the design, books and atmosphere or its products.
Zhongshuge is quite unique in the style and here you will be amazed by the beautiful design and arrangements of the bookstore and also attracted by the original gifts selling here.

You will start to go back to the city at 3: 30 pm.
