Starting from Dongchong Community Workstation and ending at Xichong Beach, this route offers breathtaking ocean views and diverse natural landscapes.

Dongchong Community Workstation
Begin the journey. Pass by Dongchong Wetland Park and follow the mountain path toward the coastline.
Coastal Path: Dongchong to Xichong
Enter the coastal section, featuring rugged cliffs, sandy beaches, and turquoise waters.
Lunch Break/ Shenzhen Observatory
There are few stores on the way for snacks or instant noodles. We can aslo bring our own lunch box.
At Observatory (optional visit). Climb the stairs to the observatory deck for panoramic views (reservation required via the "iShenzhen" app for indoor access).
Reef Zone: Chuanbi Rock Section
Navigate through tidal pools and jagged reefs. Exercise caution on slippery rocks.
Xichong Beach No.4
Reach Xichong Beach. Enjoy a picnic or purchase snacks from vendors. Rest for 1 hour.

Footwear: Use hiking shoes with good grip.
Hydration: Carry at least 2 liters of water. Refill at designated points.
Gloves: Recommended for rope-assisted sections to avoid hand abrasions.
Emergency: Purchase travel insurance and inform someone of your itinerary.
Rest Stops: 6-8 补给 points along the route selling drinks, snacks, and fast food.
Toilets: Available at the starting point (Dongchong) and Xichong Beach.

I had an amazing tour with Dora. She knows Shenzhen really well and was able to accommodate many different things in the tour. We visit a few landmarks, walked through a beautiful park, had great local food, even ordered food and drinks from a restaurant that delivered by drones!! Amazing experience and I can't wait to come back to Shenzhen!
