“Short visit to Shenzhen ”

We, a family of 4, have just spent a great day with Franck in Shenzhen. He is an excellent tour guide and we can definitely recommend him! He had is own vehicle, picked us up at our hotel, made a perfect customized tour for us and dropped us off at the train station as requested.

“Excellent tour guide and translator ”

It seems weird hiring a translator and tour guide but with so many things to do in Shenzen, we needed to right down to business. She is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of meeting all of our needs for the day. We booked a custom tech tour for my teen with a quick stop in the jewelry district. It could not have gone any smoother. It’s a little bit more expensive than some other guides online but worth it because she is able to cut right to the chase on all the activities.

“Shenzhen Tour”

We had a wonderful experience touring Shenzhen with Heidi as our guide! From the beginning, she did an excellent job arranging our itinerary and making sure everything was well organized, efficient, and enjoyable for our family. Having a private car and our driver, Jung, made such a big difference, especially since it was extremely hot during our visit to China. Heidi was very thoughtful and flexible, adjusting our schedule and activities based on the weather and our family’s needs. We never felt rushed, and she made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Heidi was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. Together with Jung, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, which allowed us to relax and really enjoy our time exploring Shenzhen. We truly appreciated the care and attention Heidi put into our tour. It was a great experience for our whole family, and we would definitely recommend Heidi and Jung to anyone visiting Shenzhen and looking for a well-organized, comfortable, and enjoyable private tour.
