Day 1: Trip to Sanakber
07:30 AM Pick up from the hotel
09:30 AM Buyit Ras for a 3-4 hour hike to Sankober
1:30 PM Lunch
3:00 PM Enjoy the view and visit endemic Gelada baboons.
6 :00 PM back to sanakber.
07:00 PM Dinner
08:00 PM overnight camping.
Day 2: Geech Abyss
08:00 AM breakfast
08:30 AM depart into a valley, through which the Wazla (or Koba) River
10:30 AM the Jinbar River waterfalls
2:00 PM Lunch
3:30 PM cross the Jinbar River and ascend into the village of Geech
5:30 PM Camping at Geech
7:00 PM Dinner
Day 3: Imet Gogo
08: 00 AM ,Breakfast
08:30 AM depart from Geech to the peak of Imet Gogo
10:30 AM continue to Chenek
1:00 PM Lunch
2 :00 PM Korbete Metia
5 :00 PM Chenek
6:00 PM Camping at Chenek
7:00 Dinner
Day 4: Bwahit Peak
08:00 AM - Breakfast

10:30 return to camp and depart for Gondar for overnight (hotel).

Blue Nile gorge, Jemma valley and Portuguese bridge are absolutely amazing places of fantastic beauty. If you are in Ethiopia for only one day it is for sure the must-visit place. It would give a lot of unforgettable memories (and photos) to those who prefer walking in nature over city sightseeing.
