Hamburg - a bit of everything in 3 hours
We will visit the most important places and monuments of Hamburg. Get a unique view of the city and the 3rd largest port in Europe. Explore the town center, the warehouse district, the new city planning project HafenCity with the concert hall Elbphilharmonie and the port area. Another highlight is one of the most beautiful baroque churches in the Northern part of Germany: St. Michel's Church or the more than 100 years old Elbtunnel underneath the river Elbe.

City Hall Hamburg
We will discover the impressing city hall from 1897. Behind the city hall there is the former stock market building and a memorial for the victims of the cholera epidemic in 1892.
Trostbrücke (consolation bridge)
This is the origin of the port of Hamburg. Get to know the interesting history of our city.
Memorial St. Nicolai
The former church which is now a ruin reminds us the devastating WWII history.
Deichstrasse
Dyke road with ancient houses of 17th century (Deichstrasse)
Speicherstadt (ancient warehouse district)
A huge area with red brick architecture - it may remind you to the docks of London or the warehouses in Amsterdam.
HafenCity
This is a very important city planning project for hamburg and Europe. State of the art architecture.
Elbphilharmonie
Get to know a lot about this amazing concert hall. We can visit the platform if you like.
Landungsbrücken
After a 15-minutes-walk or a little harbor cruise with one of the public boats in the port we will admire the skyline of the 3rd larges port in Europe. Container vessels right in the middle of a city.
Elbtunnel from 1911
The tunnel is meant to be an impressing example of the engineering skills in 1911. It will lead us 24 m into the ground and 450 m underneath the Elbe river.
The tour will end here and you will have the opportunity to taste a typical fish sandwich.
