Dion & Mt Olympus from Thessaloniki
Built on the slopes of Mt Olympus, the center of the ancient greek mythology, the city of Dion used to be the religious capital of Macedonia. An incredibly beautiful and green archaeological park, Dion is literally a stroll in the park while enjoying ancient history and mythology.
Nearby the town of Litochoro awaits us so that we have lunch, explore its picturesque little streets and do a small hike on mountain Olympus, absorbing beautiful nature and wonderful sceneries.

Dion Archaeological park
We are going to walk around the archaeological park, tell stories and enjoy nature!
Dion Museum
We are going to visit the museum of the site and see the beautiful ancient greek and roman art.
Litochoro
The little town of Litochoro is there for us to explore and maybe grab a bite.
Hike at Enipeas gorge
This 30 minute (forth and back) hike mostly on a flat surface gives us an impressive idea of what Mt Olympus is about.
