Budapest's Hidden Gems | Drive Outside of Budapest
Explore ancient Roman ruins of Aquincum. Visit the charming city of Szentendre, known for its picturesque streets and vibrant art scene. Meeting Point
I will pick you up at your Hotel
- We will talk on the phone and I will pick you up at the front entrance of your hotel. You will hop into the car and we can set sail for adventures.
Memento Park
At this Statue park, we are going to travel back in time to the Communist era of Hungary. You will see and experience how the people were thinking at this time-period.
Aquincum Roman Ruins
We will travel to the Ancient Roman Ruins of Aquincum, which was the "first Budapest" as we would call it. You can get a glimpse into Roman history and how and why they decided to make this Settlement here, which we call nowadays Budapest.
Szentendre (Saint Andrew)
This is a very artistic little town on the shores of Danube with magnificent food and authentic charming little alleys.
Visegrád Castle (Danube Bend)
Our last stop will take us to the Historic Castle "in the clouds", where the Hungarians were fighting off the Ottoman forces in the medieval times. This is also the famous place called "Danube bend" as the danube takes a sharp turn towards west.
