ॐ (OM) is the oldest Vedic Sanskrit Mantra - said to be one of the most powerful Mantras of all times. Today, ॐ (OM) is a globally popular spiritual symbol.
ॐ (OM) is the basic sound of the universe. ॐ (OM) Chanting symbolically and physically tunes us into that sound and acknowledges our connection to everything in the Universe. The rhythmic pronunciation & vibrations of ॐ (OM) Chanting will have a calming effect on the body and reduce the stress.

All activities shall be at host's home through online mode
The guide shall meet you through online mode at start time of the online tour.
Introduction
An introduction shall be given by the Guide on ॐ (OM) - explaining the meaning and origin of ॐ (OM).
The Guests shall be explained what are the four ways in which ॐ (OM) Chanting can be done.
The Guide shall explain what are the four (and not two) basic sounds in ॐ (OM). This shall be done through an interactive exercise. The Guests shall also be told why ॐ (OM) Chanting should be done 108 Times at a stretch.
Although you can ask any number of Questions during the tour also, there shall be another Q&A time towards the end of the tour. Only after all your questions have been answered, the session shall be closed by the Guide.
