Meeting and pickup from Airport/Hotel Lobby (Delhi)
At 7:00 AM you will be picked up from your hotel /airport or your given location in the Delhi NCR area, then you will be taken to the Nizamuddin railway station. Enjoy the 90-minute air-conditioned train journey that departs at 8:10 am & enjoy the views of the countryside. Experience the fun and excitement of travelling on India's Fastest Train - Gatimaan Express At 9:50 am, you will reach Agra Cantt railway station.
Taj Mahal
Upon arrival we will be picked up by our chauffeur in an airconditioned car, then we will visit Taj Mahal, the most photographed monument in the world & the world's best-known tomb stands testimony to the timeless love story of the 17th century Fifth Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
Agra Fort
Next we will visit, Agra Fort an architectural masterpiece & a Unesco World Heritage Site, is a symbol of Agra so that it is often referred to as a walled city. Made of red sandstone was once the erstwhile residence of the Mughals. Within the premises of Agra Fort lie the most exquisite structures like the Pearl Mosque, Diwan-i I Khas, Diwan-i I Aam, Moti Masjid and Jahangiri Mahal. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles View of the Yamuna River and Taj Mahal from the fort's pavilions is mind-stirring.

Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb (Baby Taj)
After you have enjoyed your lunch, we will visit Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb (Baby Taj) which is considered to be the inspiration behind the Taj Mahal. For this fact it is known as the “Baby Taj Mahal”. Despite the similarities, the tomb of Itimad-Ud-Daulah is considered a more delicate artwork than Taj Mahal, with marble lattice screens and fine carvings. This was the first of many tombs to be erected on the banks of River Yamuna. If you are visiting Agra, you ought to pay a visit to this unique construction, which stands as an initial to every marble monument that glorifies Agra.
Agra Railway Station
At 4:30 pm, begin your return journey back Agra Cantt Railway station, where you will take the Gatimaan train departing at 5:45 PM to Delhi with supper on board.
New Delhi - Departure
Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your desired location in Delhi by private car. Your tour ends with wonderful memories of Taj Mahal Tour by gatimaan train which will last for a lifetime.

I was born & brought up in a Traditional "Punjabi" family. My upbringing kept me rooted in my culture, values & traditions. Both of my parents were history teachers so growing up with them had an amazing impact on my life. My childhood memories are full of history lessons, stories of persons & places. It absolutely moulded me into the person I am today - one whose characteristics include a love for history & an obsession for travelling. You may be surprised just how much my parent's profession impacted my upbringing because I got a double dose of history from my teachers & parents. Later I moved to New Delhi, India & have been a resident in New Delhi for the past 20 years.
As a passionate reader, traveller & explorer of new sites, I have travelled a lot in Northern India. With a great interest in history, culture, tradition, people & places; I focused my learning towards the same. Hence I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management. Later acquired higher training of "Tourism & History" from MKITM, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I have also been trained as a Professional Tour Guide from the "Indian Institute of Tourism & Management (Govt. of India)" & obtained my License from the Ministry of Tourism ( Government Of India) for Northern India Region.
