“Best day ever”

After having spent the day with Shahid sightseeing the Agra, I only have the highest recommendation for him. Right from the time of booking, Shahid was very communicative and clear about what to expect. And our day exceeded all expectations. We were collected by a comfortable SUV from Agra Cantt station to be taken to the Taj Mahal. With the quickest of entries we were inside in no time to marvel at the architectural wonder. Shahid shared a lot of the history and took us around avoiding the crowds. Conscious of the heat we stopped for lunch soon after at a fantastic place. Post lunch we visited authentic artisans and then a trip to the Agra Fort. Because our girls had fallen asleep, we let them be in the car under the care of the driver and we headed out for a quick exploration of the Agra Fort. The driver also was kind enough to keep the AC running for the benefit of the girls. We could have done the baby Taj but instead chose to do some shopping. With ample time for us to catch our train back for New Delhi we were dropped back at the station. Shahid is an exceptional person with good knowledge and also took us to the right places for shopping. He customised the day to suit our needs and gave our girls requirements the highest priority. Nothing felt rushed and the whole day passed by very smoothly. If you are planning to make a trip to Agra, there is no one else that I would recommend but Shahid as your host for the day. You won’t be disappointed and will come away more than satisfied.

“Top Tour Guide Made A Taj Tour Unforgettable ”

My wife and I always want to see the Taj Mahal. We are so happy we chose Taj Heritage Tours. Our driver promptly picked us up at our hotel in the morning. Driver was courteous and friendly having water and snacks for us. We picked up Shahid and right away we were impressed. His English was excellent. He was knowledgeable and was dialed in with where we should go and what to see when we arrived at the Taj Mahal. We were escorted through the VIP entrance and escorted past the lines. When we went through the gate, we were greeted by the beautiful gardens and pools. The Taj was in the distance and as we got close, the beautiful building became more and more impressive. Shahid knew the best areas to get the best photos of my wife and myself. Wouldn't you know, he also was a great photographer! After photos, we went up close and explored the Taj Mahal. His knowledge of the building's history and importance was impressive. After 2 hours, we went to our next stop which was Fort Agra. Another impressive building with an incredible past. This is where a great tour guide is separated from an average one. Shahid's knowledge was.excrllent and it did not feel like a history class. He was able to explain the past and not make it boring. After that, we visited the Baby Taj. It too did not disappoint. Though not as grand as the big Taj, it was a very unique, beautiful and memorable.our tour was a full day of fun and great memories of this one of a kind country! I cannot recommend Shahid and his staff. He cares about his guests. He was attentive and caring. He was funny, witty and again made the tour interesting without being a history class. He brought the history alive! Thank you Shahid!
