The Powerscourt House and Gardens
The Powerscourt House & Gardens is a spectacular historic estate in Enniskerry, County Wicklow, just 30 minutes from Dublin. Centered around a grand Palladian mansion built between 1730–1741 by architect Richard Cassels for the 1st Viscount Powerscourt. The Gardens are the real attraction here and have been voted the 3rd most spectacular Gardens in the world by the National Geographic.

A scenic drive through the Wicklow Mountains National Park with a few very scenic stops along the way. Such as Lough Tay (Guinness Estate), The Sally Gap and other locations from famous movies and series that were filmed here. These would include "P.S. I Love You", Braveheart and teh Vikings to bname a few.
Lunch Stop
You can decide to have lunch at a traditional Irish pub in the countryside or a nice restaurant near Glendalough. Both places would have a wide selection to choose from and suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians if required.
Glendalough 6th Century Monatsic site
Glendalough is a remarkable 6th-century monastic site nestled in a glacial valley in the heart of County Wicklow. Founded by St. Kevin, it became one of Ireland’s most important early Christian settlements. Today, visitors can explore its atmospheric ruins, including a striking round tower, several early churches, stone crosses, and ancient graveyards. “Fun Castle Tour”
We did the Private Castles Tour with Gillian (who works with Terry). She has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable on Irish history. We visited three castles in a day and enjoyed the experience. Would tour again!
