The white truffle, a genuine treasure, hides in the damp forests of Piedmont, particularly in the Langhe area, a UNESCO site since 2014. While uncovering an underground truffle on your own is nearly impossible, fear not! A specially trained trifolau (truffle hunter) and their faithful furry companion will be by your side.

Keep in mind: only from October till January we find an exclusive white truffle, during February - September is only black season truffle!
