Meeting Point
Tritons' Fountain
- Tritons’ Fountain is situated in front of Valletta's main gate. It has three bronze Tritons holding up a large basin.
Hasting's Garden
A garden located on the bastions, from where you can admire the view of Marsamxett Harbour.
Straight Street
A very interesting street in Valletta, beautiful and with loads of interesting stories.
Lower Barrakka Gardens
A public garden with an interesting monument and a great view of the Grand Harbour.
Grand Master's Palace
The Palace that was used by various Grandmaster's and during the British period, it was the Governor's Palace. We will only see the Palace from outside.
St. John's Co-Cathedral
St. John's Co-Cathedral was the conventual church of the Order of St. John. Inside the cathedral there's the famous Caravaggio's paintings.
Merchant Street
We will walk along Merchant Street, a street filled with restaurants and interesting buildings, such as the Knight's law courts, Palazzo Parisio, the Auberge of the Italian Langue. This street will lead us to Auberge de Castille which is close to Saint James Cavalier, the Malta Stock Exchange and the Upper Barrakka Gardens.
Upper Barrakka Gardens
The Upper Barrakka Gardens offers beautiful scenery and surroundings. It is well known for the view of the Grand Harbour and the firing of the guns, at certain hours.

It is not wheelchair accessible.
It is important to apply sunscreen and put on a hat during the summer hot months.
During the winter period it is ideal to carry a rainjacket.
