I used to help them with their homework as a student volunteer. When I was a university student, I went abroad to Australia for the first time in my life, which made me want to know outside world more. So that after the graduation of my university, I decided to move to Australia with working holiday visa for two years. I am a México City local who is in love with it. I love my whole country but I love my city more. I have studied International Relations and Mexican gastronomy and it's history. I work as a tourist guide and in films as a chaperone; in there my job is to receive and take care of foreign producers and actors. Among the task, I take them to eat, party and find stuff that doesn't exist ( yes that happens). As there are different requirements for this jobs I get to know the different parts of the culture, the exclusive, fancy, curious, popular, untidy; the whole ideosincrasy. I am a serious foodie, also enthusiast about, coffee, beer, wine, mezcal and pulque (prehispanic drink). I like to collect hidden jewels from my city and I also like to cook but preferably with the proper calm and telling the story and culture around the food. In order to have some balance I am sportively very active, I practice football soccer and rugby, also willing to go outdoors anytime. When I was about to enter to study I wanted to do something good for my country; this jobs are a great way to do it, I am proud to show my culture.
