Bonjour! Je m'appelle Junzo, appelez-moi Junzo.
Je suis un Guide-Interprète National en français.
Je suis un ancien boursier du Gouvernement Français et faisais la recherche du physique de solide au Centre d'Etude Nucléaire de Fauntenay-aux-Roses. J'ai très bon souvenir sur la France. C'est pour ça que j'ai commençé le guide-Interprète en français.
Au Japon je travaillais dans la domaine des compound semi-conducteurs.
Maintenant, je m'intéresse à l'histoire et la culture du Japon.
J'ai guidé les touristes en groupe et personnels ces dernières années et je peux vous présenter le tour de votre choix. Je voudrait vous montrer la belle nature, les aspects moderne et traditionnel dans Tokyo, l'esprit japonais, la cuisine, le bistro japonais(17:00~) et le Karaoké à chanter.

Hello! My name is Junzo, call me Junzo. I am a National Interpreter Guide in French.
I am a former Fellow of the French Government and was researching solid state physics at the Nuclear Center of Fauntenay-aux-Roses. I have very good memories of France. That's why I started the Interpreter Guide.
In Japan I worked in the field of compound semi-conductors .
Now I am interested in the history and the culture of Japan.
I have guided group and personal tourists in recent years and I can present you the tour of your choice. I would like to show you the beautiful nature, the modern and traditional aspects in Tokyo, Japanese thoughts, cuisines, Japanese-style pubs (after 17:00) and the Karaoke to sing.

Sanctuaire Meiji est un site touristique le plus populaire du Tokyo, pour Japonais et étrangers. Shinjuku est l'un des plus grands centres-villes de Tokyo. L'Allée Souvenirs est une ruelle remplie de petits bistrots populaire auprès des Japonais et des étrangers. Commence à 9h. “Second tour with Junzo”
We had requested the tour to be in French. Our first day had been difficult because his French was difficult to understand and he may have an hearing difficulty. So, we gave the opportunity to speak in English if he felt better but he insisted for French. This second day was a little bit better.

Dear Michel, Sorry for the late reply, because I was busy guiding 2 French families. On the first day, you were talking about architecture with your Japanese friend in English, so I was simply following your Japanese friend. He speaks English very well. I had no idea that you were interested in Japanese architecture. When I was young, I worked at the French Atomic Energy Institute for only 2 years, so I am well aware that my French is inferior to that of French people. I was developing compound semiconductors at a Japanese company and it is the only English-speaking chance to present research and speak at international conferences. I want to teach foreigners about Japanese culture and history and I'm looking forward to hearing the opinions of people from other countries. Sorry I wasn't much help. Best regards, Junzo

I spent several years in the U.S. and the UK and wanted to show international visitors around Japan in return for the hospitality I had received in foreign countries. I'm Yukiko Fujii. I'm a Licensed Tour Guide and a Registered Nurse. I've worked as a guide since 2015. Thanks to increasing repeat, referred and new clients, tour guide is my main job. I've done virtual experience on Amazon and company events during the last 3 years pandemic. Since I am one of a few guides who tried virtual tour in Tokyo during pandemic, it was a challenging, but it was definitely a great step and enhanced my guiding skills. I was born and raised in Tokyo. I am a mother so that I'd be glad to welcome families with young children as well. I used to teach Japanese cultures to elementary students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at local and private elementary schools when I lived in Canada, United states, and New Zealand. My happiest moments with these children were when they look forward to another lesson every week. All lessons were customized and prepared after discussing with each classroom teacher. It was a challenging job, but this experience broaden my horizon and prompted me to become an English tour guide. I have a license of Registered Nurse and a Medical interpreter. I've still worked as a nurse during the off- tourism season so that I've kept a medical back ground. There are some common thinking between Tour guide and Nurse, both jobs are required to put myself into their shoes. I'll make plans considering their physical conditions and will arrange any supports after discussing about the tour. I've already experienced to do several tours for mobility challenged clients who have intractable disease and have a difficulty for a long walking. Mobility challenged customers (cane/wheelchair) are always welcomed. I'd love to make your trip meaningful and unforgettable. Please feel free to contact with me anytime.
