Toki san was excellent in every aspect - from the initial stages of planning what we wanted/should experience to the execution! She was prompt and responsive. From the Sankein Gardens to fortune tellers in Chinatown to learning (and winning) at pachinko and ending the evening w drinking sake in Noge, we shared cultures, history and her professional knowledge of the sake world. Such a great beginning to an exciting trip. Domo arigato!

“Amazing day tour!”

Toki is an amazing guide. She provided my family with a completely customized tour, so we were able to do the activities we wanted. She is so kind, friendly and patient. Plus is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the history of the places we visited, as well as history of Japan in general. Our 8 year old daughter absolutely adored Toki and we were all sad to say goodbye at the end of the day because she was just so awesome. We would absolutely book another tour with her, we highly recommend her!

“Fantastic dinner with Sake pairing!”

We had the best time with Toki-san at our dinner in Kamakura! The restaurant she picked was very intimate and we had direct interaction with the chef who plated the dishes right in front of us! The food was amazing, definitely Michelin quality and skill, and the chef himself is such a fun guy! Toki-san is the perfect host and she selected such interesting sakes to pair with each dish. We were fascinated by the different styles of sake, even some that had just been bottled or unpasteurized. Thank you Toki-san for a wonderful evening! We will definitely come back again for another dinner and sake tasting with you when we visit Japan next time!
