Fort Canning
Where the hill got its name from, we will take a look at the remnants Fort Canning, the British fortifications that played a crucial role in Singapore’s defence strategy during the 19th century. The fort’s walls and cannons stand as silent sentinels, whispering tales of a bygone era.
Battlebox
The tour culminates at the Battlebox, an underground bunker that played a crucial role during World War II. This well-preserved bunker reveals the strategic military decisions and dramatic events that led to the fall of Singapore in 1942. Step into this wartime command center and experience the tense atmosphere where pivotal decisions were made during the Battle of Singapore.
