I am a lawyer, historian and official City of London and Westminster tour guide. Introducing guests to the splendours and secrets of my hometown is my passion. I try to make my tours a mixture of fun and fact (with some of the facts being funny and some of the fun being factual). A journey through the streets and alleys of London to discover the 1000-year history of the Jews in England. From the arrival of a Jewish community from Normandy in 1066/67 to the Kindertransport children of 1938/39, Jews have played important roles in the unfolding drama of British history. We will visit some of the most spectacular sites in the City. We will also reveal the little-known Jewish associations of some of London's most famous landmarks. The Royal London Tour
Three royal Palaces, Westminster Abbey, a beautiful Royal park and the Houses of Parliament. We will experience the Changing ceremonies of the King’s mounted Life Guard and the Foot Guards with their marching band and hear stories of love, betrayal, scandal and intrigue. A Walk in Shakespeare's Footsteps
We will visit the places where William Shakespeare lived and worked, taking in some of the most beautiful sites in London, including two of Shakespea homes, Stationers' Hall where the earliest printed copies of Shakespeare's works were registered and the place where kidnapped boys were forced to perform by unscrupulous playhouse managers. We will also visit the reconstructed Globe Theatre or the dining hall where Shakespeare performed in 1602 I donate all my tour proceeds to charity.
