Apple was a pleasure to be with! Nothing was too much trouble. We changed our minds about what we wanted to do several times during the day and she was more than accommodating. Kind. smart. knowledgable about her City Shanghai. Her English was exceptional too. She worked with western companies for 10 years so spent a lot of time talking with English speakers and I could tell. I thought she was amazing. The highlight of our time together was the Long Museum. Thank you Apple!

“Apple Made Our Shanghai Experience Unforgettable”

Apple was absolutely incredible and one of the biggest reasons our experience in Shanghai was so special. From the moment we met her, she was much more than a traditional tour guide. She was our translator, researcher, problem solver, and almost a personal concierge as we moved through the city. We changed plans, added things on the fly, and asked about places we had only just heard about. Apple handled everything so naturally. She would quickly research options, explain them to us, adjust the plan, and somehow keep the day moving without wasting time. What impressed us most was how closely she paid attention to what we were interested in. She never made the day feel like a fixed tour. It felt personal, flexible, and completely built around us. Her knowledge of Shanghai was excellent, but what really stayed with my son and me was her personality. She was warm, patient, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. By the end of our time with her, it honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to someone we had known much longer. She made a real impression on both of us. For anyone visiting Shanghai, especially if it is your first time in the city, I would recommend Apple without hesitation. She made our experience easier, more interesting, and far more memorable.

“Great Introduction to Shanghai”

We arrived in Shanghai prepared to go on Apple's regular walking tour. But, alas, it was 101 degrees outside, and some flexibility was required. Apple was entirely up to the task. We started later than planned so that half the tour was in the afternoon but mostly indoors, and half was outdoors, but in the evening. Just the same, it was a great introduction to this beautiful, vibrant city, and Apple is a lovely, intelligent, and knowledgeable host.
