Continue towards the lively local market areas, where you can experience the sounds, sights and atmosphere of everyday Zanzibar. Discover local fruits, spices, seafood and other products while learning how the markets play an important role in the community. Your guide will help you understand the local lifestyle and answer questions along the way.

Forodhani Gardens & Coastal Area

Continue your walk towards Forodhani Gardens and the beautiful Stone Town waterfront. Enjoy the atmosphere, see the historical surroundings and learn more about the importance of the waterfront to Zanzibar's history and daily life. You will also have time to take memorable photos and enjoy the views.

Throughout the walking tour, your guide will bring Zanzibar's history and culture to life through interesting stories and explanations.
