- We'll meet at you hotel lobby in Stone Town. From there, we'll move together to the spice farm, where your culinary adventure begins.
Spice Farm Experience
We will have a walking tour of the spice farm. Smell, touch, and taste spices like cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom and many more. Learn how each spice grows and its use in local cuisine, medicines and cosmetics.
Tropical Fruit Tasting & Coconut Show
Taste seasonal tropical fruits picked fresh from the trees and enjoy an exciting coconut - climbing demonstration - a fun and traditional island moment!
Swahili Cooking Class
Join a hands - on Swahili cooking class Using the same spices you've just discovered.
Together, we'll prepare classic local dishes such as coconut rice, spice - marinated chicken or fish, vegetable curry, cooked banana, and fresh salad with tamarind dressing.
You'll learn the local cooking techniques, spice combinations, and the art of balancing flavors - the Zanzibari way!
Lunch - Taste What You Cooked!

Spice Shopping Time
Before we leave, you'll have the chance to visit the spice farm's small local shop. Here, you can buy freshly packed Zanzibar spices, tea blends, and essential oils - perfect souvenirs or gifts to take home.
Return Transfer
After the tour, we'll drive you back to your hotel by taxi or drop off in Stone Town, ending your day full of flavors, aromas, and warm Zanzibar memories!
