Tonight is the time that you will try the Turkish food in a local way. We will go to different places like locals do.We try Simit, Turkish Alcohol Rakı, Turkish Tea, Turkish coffe and more. While you are trying the Turkish food you will have the chance liste to different stories about the food.It will be a walking tour.

Taksim
This is the place where will try local food. It is a busy street full of restaurants and cafes. No worries we will go to local places- No touristy restaurants.
Kıraathane
it is an old coffee house where the people go for coffe and tea. While we have our teas we will watch how they play the card games.
Ocakbası (Turkish Appetizer Place)
We will try different kind of Turkish appetizer with Turkish Alcohol Rakı.
Cicek Pasajı (Flower Pasage)
This is the place where we will try different kind of Turkish food.
grilled sheep's intestines / Kokorec
Kokoreç is a Turkish dish made of seasoned, skewered lamb intestines. Intestines of suckling lambs (süt kuzusu) is most favored for this dish. It's a delicacy and not a standard menu item in restaurants. It can be found in street vendors and some specialized restaurants only. As with all intestine-based food, it has a long and important process of washing and cleaning
