Hi, I'm Simon, a born and bred West-Countryman, living in Bath for the past 25 years.
I have a passion for, and a great knowledge of, local history, topography, wildlife, nature and the local fields, lanes, walking trails and hedgerows we have in profusion, here in the Cotswolds and in the Bath area.
They say former journalists "end up knowing a little about a lot" and my interests are extremely widespread.
As a former TV producer/Director of programmes on everything from food to house-restoration you will find me the perfect companion on your travels in Southern England
I am the lead Tour Guide for a local company, and my reviews stretching back three years are exceptional on several different websites.
