Edinburgh and Harry Potter
Joanne Rolling came to Edinburgh in November 1993 with her baby daughter Jessica and brought the first pages of what became the First Harry Potter Book.
This tour shows the cafe’s and Hotel where she wrote the stories and the locations and names in Edinburgh which appear in the books. The Author states all the names were from her head but this tour aims to suggest that she absorbed the names without being aware of doing so.
