You stop by a traditional street food stall known for its signature dish and savor authentic Vietnamese cuisine that has stood the test of time.

Beef Pho / Bun Cha/Banh Mi
We continue walking on foot and exploring all the culinary hotspots of Hanoi. Walking through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter, we tempt our taste buds with one choice of main dish at a local eatery among below meals for dinner:
- Bun Cha: Fresh rice noodles with grilled pork and herbs.
- Pho Hanoi typically features a clear and aromatic beef broth, slow-cooked with a combination of beef bones, spices, and herbs.
- Vietnamese Banh mi can be served as any meals during the day. It all starts with a very light, fresh, crispy and not overly dense Viet style French

You'll enjoy food at a traditional Hanoi street food stall in the Old Quarter. I'll share insights about daily life in the Old Quarter and tell you stories about "Fried spring rolls"- a traditional dishes served on the Tet holiday meal tray.

We sit down at a café shop on the famous Train Street of Hanoi or in Old Quarter. The train will run pass this area while we enjoy our coffee here. Recharge your energy for the day ahead, try out the city’s most famous drinks such as coffee with condensed milk (Bac Xiu) or egg coffee.
