Closest dance studio to your hotel
- Once we know in which hotel you're staying, we'll send you the address of the closest dance studio where to meet us. An Argentine tango teacher will explain the significance of connection in tango, and will show you how leaders and followers connect to each other, as it is the essence that enables the dance to be magical and addictive.
After your tango lesson, we'll head to a local dinner where we'll examine the secrets of tango. You'll discover how tango originated with immigrants seeking a better future in Argentina, its journey from the lower to upper echelons of society, and its global widespread presence today.
This enlightening conversation will reveal the intertwined history of tango and Buenos Aires, and reveal why tango has such a deep meaning when it's played or danced.
After dinner, we'll conclude the evening at a local milonga, where you'll experience firsthand where tango enthusiasts gather to dance at night. If you're feeling adventurous, you can join them on the dance floor and become part of the flow. Alternatively, you can simply enjoy the music and immerse yourself in the vibrant tango nightlife of Buenos Aires.
The activity will conclude at 11pm the milonga. Your guide will assist you in hailing a taxi outside the venue, ensuring you safely return to your hotel.

After many years living in Argentina (14 in total this year) I have put together a team of guides that have the same objective: we want our guests to return home with a true understanding of Argentinean culture, so while we will visit the main tourist attractions, we also want to take you to less frequented places to allow you to accurately experience the beauty of the region and its people.
