Born and raised in Buenos Aires, working as a tour guide has allowed me to rediscover this city and my love for it. As an English-Spanish translator and constant language student (fluent in French and doing my best to learn German), I spend a good part of my life building bridges between cultures. And that is the spirit behind my tours, creating bonds between visitors and local life. I love to share all type of experiences with travelers in my hometown. We can visit the main spots if you are a first time visitor, or we can go off the beaten path whether you have some special interest. During the tour you will be inspired to ask me any type of question about Buenos Aires, and porteños (the way the local people are called), and my challenge will be to answer all of them in detail. You will learn a lot about the local culture, lifestyle, art, music, sports and food. My solid experience of 16 years in the industry, my academic background (degrees in Economics, Business, Tourism and Languages) and multiple travels around 15 countries are my best credentials. I'm also a polo player, coach and horse trainer. You can also book to take a polo lesson or watch a polo match, and experience the Sport of Kings in Buenos Aires, which is considered the polo capital of the world. It is impossible to get bored doing this profession as every day brings a new adventure. This job enabled me to meet people from over 100 countries. I am also a host of a travel show broadcasted on streaming, which helps me to stay updated. Last but not least I love not only horses but also dogs, enjoying very much to help animal shelters. My wife and I spent 2 half days with Paola in March of 2026. She was the highlight of our trip to Argentina. “2 guided tours with Paola”
We booked the Off the Beaten Track and the Tigre Delta tours with Paola and my friend and I would totally recommend her. The tours were private and Paola made the experience very special from the time she picked us up with her car at our hotel to the time she dropped us off at the end of each tour. We learned a lot about Buenos Aires not only about the colourful history but also details about some sites which one won’t find anywhere because some places she showed us have personal connections to her. She answered all our questions and made sure we were close to her especially when we get into crowded situations. We consider ourselves lucky to have a new perspective of Buenos Aires open up through Paola’s knowledge of the area.

“Great day in Buenos Aires”
We had a great day in Buenos Aires, exploring the different districts. Nico's local knowledge was invaluable, and using public transport saved time compared to battling the busy roads in a car. After walking in Recolta, and visiting the amazing cemetery, we moved on to San Telmo. Later in the afternoon, after lunch, we explored the coloureful streets in La Boca. A great trip!
