Step into the dreamlike water forest known as Matcha Lake, where a carpet of matcha-green duckweed covers the water, and tall pond cypress trees rise straight out of the lake. Look closely, you may spot deer and graceful black swans wandering in this magical wetland.

Several optional activities are available at your own cost:

* Rent single or tandem kayaks to paddle slowly between the trees

* Try the transparent photo boat: a professional photographer will take photos of you on board, and you will get edited pictures after the shoot

* Book an on-location photographer to record your visit

We will have lunch at one of the local restaurants. There are two restaurants within Qingshan Lake Scenic Area to choose from. I can help you pick based on your food preferences and dietary requirements.

Ride along the scenic lakeside greenway of Qingshan Lake on an electric cart. This winding green path hugs the lakeshore, framed by trees and sweeping lake views. Feel the soft lake breeze and take in the panoramic scenery of the lake and distant wooded hills.

We will slow down at lovely viewpoints along the route, so you can pause and soak in the peaceful natural landscape and take wonderful pictures.
