Go to Giza Plateau

Enjoying the pyramids of Giza with a very knowledgeable Egyptologist tour guide, going out of the beaten routes, feeling the atmospheric scenes of the vast Egyptian desert one day was the site chosen to be the house of eternity for their LORDS; the pharaohs. Why did they choose this particular spot from the endless sandy desert? Going around them, seeing how massive they are, would arise many questions such as ; Why, when, and how. These complicated questions and more will fade away after this tour. The Great Sphinx, the guardian of the royal necropolis, the crouching lion, is the one of the enigmatics to see there! Go to panoramic view, enjoy them in a row, surrounded by desert they are as they have always been. You, the Egyptian desert, camels and pyramids in the background! A childhood dream coming real!

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

Heading to the National Museum of the Egyptian Civilization where you will have a panoramic view over the Egyptian civilization from pre-historic eras to the modern-day Egypt. Artifacts that specify each period are to be shown, for the Old Kingdom, the Middle Kingdom and the New Kingdom. Tracing the history of Egypt, we will come to the Greco-Roman era, the Coptic era, the Islamic one, and then to the modern day Egypt. The most important, the icon, or you can put it as the gem of this Museum is the unique experience that is to be provided to you when you go to the underground section, with so little light to see the mummies of the legendary pharaohs, those once where viewed as gods for their good deeds to their subjects, etc...... words fail me !

The museum is air-conditioned place, so we let it be done in the hottest time of the day!

Aly, an Egyptian citizen, Egyptologist, and officially authorized as English speaking tourist guide for more than two decades. I have a profession (tour guiding) that enables me to meet new people every now and then. I love showing people around our great country. The ancient Egyptian civilization, the culture of modern Egyptian people are always inspiring for many people. The monuments erected by them are not only massive edifices to astonish us, but they bear witness for the great people once inhabited this part of the world. Having studied all the accumulated layers of the Egyptian history, living all my life surrounded by these unbeatable phenomena, and choosing to be the interpreter of the silent monuments (as many think they are !), made me feel having a moral responsibility rather than telling people about the great predecessors, show them the great ancestors we are nowadays, make tourists feel like they have a second homeland or even a second family in Egypt.
