“Excellent Egyptologist with strong connections – unforgettable Dahshur & Saqqara day ”

I booked Aly for a deeply meaningful visit to Saqqara and Dahshur on my birthday, and overall I had a very memorable experience. Aly is knowledgeable, well connected, and clearly has long experience working in these archaeological areas. His strength is that he is not just a guide reading from a script — he has real relationships with guards and because of that we were able to access areas and tombs that I would not have known about or been able to arrange alone. The Dahshur pyramids were incredible, and the Red Pyramid interior was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Aly also went out of his way to make my birthday special. He arranged a lovely lunch, and surprised me with a birthday cake and even an Egyptian band at the restaurant. As a solo traveller, this meant a lot and made me feel celebrated. One thing I would advise future travellers is to clarify in advance whether the tour is strictly private/solo if that’s what you are intending, as my tour ended up including three other travellers. They were lovely people and Aly did compensate by including lunch, but I had originally booked and paid for a solo experience, so I would have preferred to know ahead of time rather than being asked on the spot. Overall, I would definitely recommend Aly if you want a guide with deep local access, strong organisation, and a very full day of ancient sites — especially Memphis, Saqqara and Dahshur

“The best possible Egyptologist you can find”

Rania is not only the best Egyt guide you can find but also goes the extra mile to accommodate any of your needs. We travelled with an 80 year old lady and she was able to get us access to The piramides by car . She also took us to the best possible places but always asking if that was something we were interested in doing. Also he driver was fabulous and took the best routes to get us everywhere the fastest way. I cannot recommend Rania enough! She is truly the best !

Marwa was also amazing to work with from start to finish. She replied to my messages very quickly and created an offer for exactly what we wanted. She was on time to meet us and we loved spending the day with her at the pyramids. She knew the best order to see the different areas in and took us to all the best photo locations. Her knowledge and passion of the history was incredible and we loved getting to learn from here. 10/10! Highly recommend. Enjoy!
