The guide assigned to your tour, including Michael, holds a valid license and is qualified to conduct guided visits at all archaeological sites. We sincerely regret if the level of explanation and engagement you received did not reflect the standard you were expecting. Providing clear historical context and an engaging experience is a key part of our service. Regarding the guide change, in some cases operational reasons require assigning an alternative guide.
