Dear Mr. Mohit, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value all reviews and would like to respectfully clarify a few points for the benefit of future travelers. Due to a sudden and medically documented illness, I was unable to personally guide on the first day of the tour. In my place, a licensed and experienced Egyptologist from our professional team conducted the full 3-day program. Throughout the tour, we maintained daily communication with the guest, and no dissatisfaction or concerns were communicated at any time. The guest attended the scheduled Pyramids Sound & Light Show and received the arranged dinner and transfers. On that evening, the show itself experienced a technical issue beyond the control of any tour operator. Nevertheless, all services organized by us were provided as planned. There was a brief misunderstanding regarding access to the Inside Great Pyramid. Once clarified, the amount paid was immediately returned in cash. The guest declined the refund and explicitly requested that the amount be kept by the guide as a gratuity. The Grand Egyptian Museum visit was clearly explained and confirmed in advance as a half-day tour. At the conclusion of the visit, the guide offered to remain available at no additional cost; however, the guest chose to continue independently. Transportation was provided in a modern air-conditioned vehicle (model year 2024). Meals included in the program were arranged as confirmed; on some occasions, the guest opted for alternative arrangements by personal preference. At no point during the tour were complaints raised, and daily follow-ups confirmed satisfaction. We remain fully committed to transparency, professionalism, and delivering high-quality private tours.
