“8 Days trip in and around Cairo / Egypt”
We spent eight very beautiful and interesting days in and around Cairo with our guide. He knows all the sights in Giza, Saqqara, Dashur, Cairo, and Alexandria. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Egypt—from the Stone Age through the Pharaohs, Greeks, Romans, Mamluks, the colonial period, Arabs, and up to the present day. He is reliable and punctual, and he catered to our wishes and interests. We also immersed ourselves in the modern city, with its different ethnic and religious groups, its business life, and its culture. With our guide and driver, we felt safe and well taken care of. We also really enjoyed his restaurant recommendations. Despite the full sightseeing program, it was a relaxing week. Martine und Patrick Wir haben sehr schöne und interessante 8 Tage in und um Kairo mit unserem Guide verbracht. Er kennt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Giseh, Sakkara, Dashur, Kairo und Alexandria. Er kennt sich gut mit der Geschichte von Ägypten von der Steinzeit, über die Pharaonen, Griechen, Römer, Mamelucken, Kolonialzeit, Araber bis heute aus. Er ist zuverlässig und pünktlich und ist auf unsere Wünschen und Interessen eingegangen. Wir sind auch in die heutige Stadt eingetaucht mit den Völker- und Religionsgruppen, das Geschäftsleben und die Kultur. Wir haben uns sicher und gut durch unseren Guide und den Fahrer betreut gefühlt. Seine Restaurantvorschläge haben uns gut gefallen. Es war trotz vollem Besuchsprogramm ein entspannte Woche.
