Szentendre
Take advantage of a private Szentendre experience. This door to door experience is about 4 hours long. Your tour guide pick you up from your hotel / appartment in an agreed time. You will be driven to the the Artist's Village or the Painters' Town. (The ride to Szentendre takes approximately 30 minutes.)
Szentendre Main Square
After your arrival we take you for a pleasent walk around the historical centre and along the cobblestoned narrow streets, baroque houses and churches.
Rab Raby Square
You get to know the strange story of Rab Raby and see the different serbian merchant houses/ buildings and the headquarter of The Serbian Orthodox Church.
Szentendre church hill
We walk up to the highest point in town, to see the oldest church and to admire the beautiful view over the city and the river Danube.

Great possibilty for shopping, looking for unique hungarian souvenirs,books, accessories
Szentendre promenade (pedestian zone)
We walk along the beautiful pedestrian zone along the river Danube, to see the Szentendre island and the pier. We invite you for a coffe / tee/ soft drink before we return to Budapest by comfortable air conditioned car / van.

“A tour guide who goes above all Expectations ”
We approached Gabor through Go with Guide about a tour to Tiszadob and he was very accommodating in making it happen. He took the research that we had obtained and through his dedication enhanced it by providing resources and research on his own. He made arrangements to meet with a church official who had the baptism records of our relatives. We visited the inside of the church where our relatives worshipped. We drove through Tiszadob to see the town as it is today not much changed from years long ago. We took a tour of the local Andrássy Castle which was very interesting experience. Gabor then had us meet with a local family who had roots that matched our own. We talked for a hour and then went with them to the local cemetery to visit graves of their and possibly our families. I cannot express enough how much Gabor went over and above to make this a wonderful experience for our family. I would recommend him highly to lead any tour to search for your family roots our take a tour of Budapest.

“Seeing the sites with an incredible Guide”
We first contacted Gabor about a tour outside Budapest but also inquired about a half day tour of Budapest itself. We also asked to be taken to a restaurant specializing in Hungarian food. Picked up on time we began an amazing tour of the sights of Budapest by comfortable Mercedes van.Gabor provided a running commentary of what we were seeing and the history of each location. We made many stops to walk and see up close the many sites on the Buda side. We then explored many locations in Pest including the Jewish Quarter. Gabor’s restaurant selection was spot on and delicious. He provided background of dishes, local customs and toasts in Hungarian. We also discussed our upcoming tour to the countryside to search our Hungarian roots. Could not have been more pleased with Gabor and his tour. I recommend highly.

The Great Synagogue Tour of Budapest
We are going to visit the Jewish Quarter and the Dohány Street Synagogue and its interior. We will see the Raoul Wallenberg Park- Holocaust Memorial Park with the Tree of Life and the Temple of Heroes (outside visit), the Rumbach Synagogue (outside visit), the Carl Lutz Memorial.
