We highly recommend Gabor for those wishing to visit Esztergom, Visegrad and Szentendre, or any other places in Hungary. Gabor is personable, speaks several languages, and is focused on ensuring his guests have a great time. We also had a small issue of a personal nature and Gabor was able to help us out with it as well. We are extremely grateful to him for going above and beyond to help us. Thank you Mei ! It was truly a pleasure spending the day with you and Bruce. The wine tasting in Esztergom was a very good idea together with Dobogókő. Bruce should definitely bring his father with him next time to Hungary! I think the two of them still have a few things to claim back from Hungary. It would be my pleasure to take the hole family on another adventure and discover even more of the country.

“A Wonderful Time Discovering my Hungarian Ancestors!”

My goal in visiting Hungary was to conduct ancestry research, and I was fortunate to have chosen Gabor as my guide. I was able to correspond with him easily through the GoWithGuide website, and he responded to my messages almost immediately. Ancestry research is time-consuming, and Gabor undertook considerable preparation before I arrived in Hungary, exceeding my expectations. He took the initiative to contact various archive offices in advance, arranging meetings and access to archival documents on my behalf.
