We had the absolute pleasure of spending a day exploring Jaipur with Nitin, and it was truly the highlight of our trip to India. Nitin is not just knowledgeable, he’s a gifted storyteller who brings Jaipur’s history to life. A particular highlight was at Amber Fort, where he shared the fascinating story of why the raja built various rooms for the queens. In just one day, Nitin guided us through an incredible journey: Hawa Mahal, the Amber Fort, a peaceful Hindu Temple of Lord Krishna, the stunning Panna Meena Stepwell, the beautiful Water Palace (Jal Mahal), the Royal Cenotaphs, and we concluded at the City Palace. Honestly, achieving this seamless transition from one place to another on our own would have been nearly impossible. Nitin’s planning and local expertise made the day flow effortlessly. Beyond his guiding expertise, Nitin provided excellent driving service. We felt completely comfortable and safe throughout the day. What truly made this trip special was Nitin himself. He didn’t feel like just a guide, but like a friend who genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience. His kindness and calm presence made the day unforgettable. 
If you’re planning a trip to Jaipur, book with Nitin. Your only regret will be not booking him for two days!

“Be careful to verify the identity of your tour guide”

Unfortunately, our experience with Shahid in Jaipur was disappointing and frustrating. My friend and I (both females) visited from the USA and had arranged a two-day tour with Shahid (and also paid full amount in advance), but without any prior notice, he sent someone else in his place. In addition to almost a two hour delay, the person who arrived claimed to be him (fake identity). It quickly became clear he was not who he said he was, after we requested to check his ID right at the hotel gate. He was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional, which completely soured the experience and left us feeling uncomfortable and misled. We raised our concerns and requested a different guide for the following day, and thankfully, the second guide was professional, respectful, and much more in line with what we expected. This experience taught us a few important lessons: 1. Always confirm the identity of your guide in advance and check their photo ID before you start the tour with them, especially when booking through third parties or informal channels. 2. Don’t hesitate to speak up if something feels off — your comfort and safety matter. A good guide can make your trip memorable, but the wrong one can do just the opposite. Actually, I was supposed to accompany you on your Jaipur tour myself, but I had an urgent matter come up that day, which required me to leave Jaipur. Therefore, I had to send another guide in my place. If you had any unpleasant experience because of the substitute guide, I truly apologize for that.
