“Borobudur Made Easy”
Great day outing from our cruise ship to Borobudur. Tulus was waiting for us as we were the first people off the ship. Great driver with interesting and varied views of Indonesia along the rather lengthy drive to the temple. One of us is handicapped and everything imaginable was done to make it easy to get us up to Borobudur. Unfortunately, Borobudur, like all museums, is closed on Mondays which meant we could not climb up it, We still got to walk around at our leisure and enjoy it with nobody but us in sight. We went to a second Buddhist temple and enjoyed a great lunch in a local restaurant. Back to the ship with no hassles...Really a great day. It is so worth it to book a trip like this separate from a ship's tour. Thanks

“Best 'looks' of Jakarta within the day!”
I was able to experience Jakarta like a local, having tried out their local dishes, listened to the stories of Jakarta and Indonesia through Ratih. We walked around the sites within Chinatown, visited some of the authentic places in Jakarta, had a quick boat ride around the harbour and so much more. I was very happy that I got to understand the city in such depth within only 7 hours. Ratih and the local driver were amazing and I'd not hesitate to travel with Ratih when back in Indonesia again!
