4. Transplanting: Transferring the seedlings from the seedbeds to the main rice field, carefully spacing and planting them in rows.
5. Irrigation: Managing the water supply to the rice field, including controlled flooding or periodic irrigation to provide sufficient water for growth.
6. Weed and Pest Control: Regularly monitoring and managing weeds and pests to protect the rice crop from damage and ensure healthy growth.
