Naples from the hill to the sea
A full day tour discovering the different area of the city. Naples could be defined with hundreds of different ways, most of them quite true. Naples is lively, friendly, chaotic, surprising, authentic, crowed, elegant, noble and popular, wonderful and decadent. However, choosing a single definition for this city is almost impossible to even for me who I was born and raised here. Naples is a unique place, a soul place, a puzzle always able to intrigue and fascinate everyone.

We walk toward the historic center of the city. The lively area grown on thee greek roman decumanus is famous for its narrow street and the lavish churches.
we will visit Chiesa del Gesù Nuovo, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, Piazza San Domenico, Via San Gregorio Armeno, the Cathedral and the San Gennaro Chapel
Vomero and San Martino Charterhouse
With the cablecar we reach the Hill of Vomero, a residential area developed from the 19 century.
From there with a short walk we reach the San Martino charter house, one of the masterpiece of Neapolitan Baroque.
From this unique position we could admire one of most stunning view of the city.
Via Toledo and Piazza Plebiscito
From San Martino with the oldest cablecar we come back to Via Toledo, one of the shopping area of the city, famous for the Spanish Quarter, the Galleria Umberto I, and the beautiful Piazza Plebiscito, the biggest square of the city, surrounded by the oldest Royal palace and the neoclassical church of San Francesco di Paola.
Sea shore and Castel dell'Ovo
From Piazza Plebiscito, through Via Chiaia we reach Piazza dei martiri and from the the seashore: Via Caracciolo
Here there is the oldest of Neapolitan castle, Castel dell'Ovo' where the millennial history of the city started and where our tour will end
