Escape the crowds and discover the real Venice in Cannaregio, one of the city's most authentic neighborhoods.

Join me on a relaxing walk through quiet canals, picturesque bridges, and hidden alleys where everyday Venetian life still unfolds.

I'll share historical facts and little-known details that bring this extraordinary district to life.

We'll admire hidden areas of the city and uncover corners that many visitors never have the chance to see.

From Venice Santa Lucia Train Station

Exit the train station and walk to the Ferrovia vaporetto stop.

Take the ACTV Vaporetto Line 1 towards Lido / San Marco.

Get off at Ca' d'Oro stop (approximately 15 minutes).

From the vaporetto stop, walk along the small street leading to Strada Nova, turn right, and after about a 2-minute walk you will arrive at Campo Santa Sofia.

From Piazzale Roma

Go to the Piazzale Roma vaporetto stop.

Take the ACTV Vaporetto Line 1 towards Lido / San Marco.

Get off at Ca' d'Oro stop (approximately 20 minutes).

Walk towards Strada Nova, turn right, and continue for about 2 minutes until you reach Campo Santa Sofia.

From St. Mark's Square

Get off at Ca' d'Oro stop (approximately 20–25 minutes).
