Our Busan experience with Daniel K. was truly outstanding and became one of the highlights of our Korea trip. From the moment he received our family group at Busan Station until our departure, Daniel was professional, organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly present throughout the tour. Managing a group of 15 people with different ages and interests is not easy, but he handled everything calmly and smoothly. What stood out most was his personality — kind, warm, funny, patient, and genuinely caring. He never made us feel rushed and always ensured everyone was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoying themselves. His local knowledge, restaurant selections, timing management, and attention to detail were excellent. Our entire group loved every minute in Busan, and honestly, a big part of that was because of Daniel. He did not feel like just a guide — he felt like a trusted local friend traveling with us. We are very grateful for the memories he helped create for our family, and we would highly recommend Daniel to anyone visiting Busan, especially larger family groups looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and well-managed experience. The day was well structured to ensure we maximised our time. But also very flexible for our party of 6. We covered everything we wanted to see. Our driver was always ready and waiting. “Great way to see the city of Busan”

We had a great day with Changwoo in Busan. As a family of five it's difficult to travel around on taxis and PT, so being driven around by Changwoo was a total luxury!! No need to navigate or work out locations, just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. Changwoo knew all the best places to go and how to get there. He organised all our ticket purchases meaning we didn't have to try and figure it out. We saw so much more of Busan than we would have been able to see on our own. Our day with Changwoo has been a real highlight of our 12 day cruise around Japan/Korea. Highly recommend.
