At Korean Folk Village, visitors are taken back into the past, to the days of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). One of the first open-air museums in the country, Korean Folk Village lets visitors experience not only the architecture of traditional Korea but also the traditions of times gone by.

Suwon Hwaseong Fortress [UNESCO World Heritage]
Hwaseong is a piled-stone and brick fortress of the Joseon Dynasty that surrounds the center of Suwon City near Seoul. It was built in the late 18th century by King Jeongjo for defensive purposes, to form a new political basis, and to house the remains of his father, Crown Prince Jangheon. The massive walls of the fortress, which are 5.74 km in length, enclose an area of 130 ha and follow the topography of the land.
Sebitseom Island
Sebitseom is a cultural complex built to be a landmark on the Han River in the heart of downtown Seoul, a place where you can enjoy special cultural contents at the water’s edge. It is the world’s first floating structure with buildings that can float on water.

“Amazing Seoul history tour with Thomas”
Went to another tour with Thomas to explore Seoul history by visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace, Presidential Blue House, Jeonju Hanok Village, and Insadong. Being a lover of Korea's history, I was impressed by Thomas' wealth of knowledge and he was able to explain them in layman terms so it is understandable for everyone. I was very happy by this and gained a better understanding/appreciation on Korean history. We have since become good friends and I look forward to do more tours with him next time I'm in Korea.

“Wonderful Kpop day tour with Thomas”
I had a wonderful time with Thomas exploring various Seoul Kpop sites especially for BTS. I am impressed by his wealth of knowledge about Kpop and he even took me the other nearby Kpop sites that I was not aware of. I'll certainly learned a lot from his tour and will definitely use his service again in future.

“Best day in Seoul with Thomas”
What an incredible experience! We can’t thank Thomas enough for his time and commitment to making our short time in Seoul so beautiful. Thomas was on time and so accommodating to the sites we wanted to see. AND he takes the best photos throughout the entire tour!! My husband and I usually have to take selfies at each site we visit and having our own personal photographer and tour guide in one was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about our time in Seoul and that is because Thomas took such great care of us! We were able to see everything we wanted to see because Thomas was well organized and knew exactly where to go and where to park. If you are ever in Seoul, book a day with Thomas.
