“Left us stranded in a parking lot and never heard back ”

Booked a trip and my ferry got delayed by 4 hours. To be fair if he cancelled I wouldn’t be upset. He left a voicemail saying it’ll be a new trip and asked for Eur 150 mind you the original amount I paid was $85. It’s the first time in Morocco so I followed the instructions he gave me took a taxi from Tanger MED to Tanger Ville. Kept him updated by text messages. He assigned a new driver, and he confirmed Tanger Ville. And I tried calling him a bunch of times no response. Now I’m at the port in the hot Sun and a new country and with the family and no idea what to do. He still hasn’t answered the phone nor the messages. I finally got a taxi and got to the hotel. The taxi driver took pity on us and showed us around a bit and dropped us off at the Hilton hotel and it’s awesome hotel on the beach so leaving Tangier to Fez cursing this guy and the ferry company who wasted our entire day with a bad start to Morroco.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for this bad experience But you are blaming us for something that we are not responsible We came to to you hotel at 9Am (45 minutes driving) We went to the lobby they told us that you have not check in yet We contacted you and you told us at midday So we came again at 12pm and no body was there Again we were told to move it to 4pm (already wasted time from 9 to 4pm) And you contact us at 5pm asking for the tour ( we suggest the next day since 5pm is not suitable time for tours) We told you to come by tarifa which 40 minutes ferry and it arrives at the port of the city center you refuse and you went to Algeciras port which is about an hour driving to the city. We are sorry for the experience but again is not our fault ( organisation from your party, the ferry company etc) We offer only tours in Tangier and we are not responsible of other facilities in Spain port Thank you

“Agadir city tour”

I had a great experience with Hamza, he took me to all the important places of Agadir and didn’t rush. He knew a lot of cultural details about the city and took the time to see a lot of the Souk. He was very nice and friendly, and made sure to ask what you want to do or see. Overall would recommend him.

“Reasons while Hammad is a good guide”

Mr Hamad A. was a great local guide for our family of four in Marrakesh, Essaouira, Casablanca, Rabat, Chefcheroeun, Fes, and Volubilis, during Janaury 2026. Hamad was organised, reconfirmed all services in advance, and asked us if we had any other interests or preferences so he could accommodate them. Hamad provided many little hints, suggestion and time-saving ideas that ensured we always did the best activities possible at the best time. His English was easy to understand, and he was professional and felt like a good friend at the same time. Transport services were well arranged. Hamad is very capable of running a tour throughout the country, as he did with us to many locations. Hamad listened to our needs and preferences.
