“Wonderful Guide and Wonderful Private Tour”

We had a great day of 2 parts. In the morning we visited some of the further sights including a lighthouse, a huge park, a cave and riding a camel in the surf along the beach. In the afternoon he took us around the Kasbah and Medina before returning us to our ship. The only thing that could have been done better was having a Whatsapp number to contact him at the start of the tour as we couldn't initially fond where he was!

“3 wunderschöne Tage”

Wir waren insgesamt an 3 Tagen mit Hamza unterwegs und haben uns Marrakesch, das Atlas Gebirge, Paradise Valley, Mini Sahara und Tiznit angesehen. Hamza hat uns immer pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt. Wir hatten auf den Fahrten immer genügend Gelegenheit für Fotos und etwas Wasser hatte er auch immer für uns dabei. Er ist immer auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat uns Freizeit gegeben, um auf eigene Faust noch etwas zu unternehmen. An den Zielen hat er uns immer alles nötige erklärt. Wir danken Hamza, daß er uns sein schönes Land gezeigt und näher gebracht hat.

“Left us stranded in a parking lot and never heard back ”

Booked a trip and my ferry got delayed by 4 hours. To be fair if he cancelled I wouldn’t be upset. He left a voicemail saying it’ll be a new trip and asked for Eur 150 mind you the original amount I paid was $85. It’s the first time in Morocco so I followed the instructions he gave me took a taxi from Tanger MED to Tanger Ville. Kept him updated by text messages. He assigned a new driver, and he confirmed Tanger Ville. And I tried calling him a bunch of times no response. Now I’m at the port in the hot Sun and a new country and with the family and no idea what to do. He still hasn’t answered the phone nor the messages. I finally got a taxi and got to the hotel. The taxi driver took pity on us and showed us around a bit and dropped us off at the Hilton hotel and it’s awesome hotel on the beach so leaving Tangier to Fez cursing this guy and the ferry company who wasted our entire day with a bad start to Morroco.
