I am very familiar to Kansai region especially Kyoto and Osaka and I can show you various nice places in this region. Kyoto had been a capital city in Japan and the emperor's residence from 794 until 1868. So there are a lot of historically important places in Kyoto. You must see them. And Osaka is the largest city after Tokyo and it’s one of the most popular tourist destinations in Japan. There are a lot of attractions in Osaka such as neon lights at night, delicious local food, modern and trendy shopping streets, the amusement parks. I studied Chemical Engineering at a University in Osaka and have worked in Japanese manufacturers. I have been to more than 30 countries as business trips. I had many wonderful experiences at various places all over the world. Over the years, I have came to love travelling and showing beautiful and wonderful Japan to foreigners. Hello! I'm Nao. I was born and raised in Himeji, which is famous for the Himeji Castle (egret castle). I'm guiding in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hyogo (especially Kobe and Himeji). I'd been in the US for three years attending a university. During the stay I went to the Yellow Stone twice, and visited California. I took a summer French class for a month in Canada, so I speak French a little. I love travelling. I went to many places in Japan. I visited Hokkaido, Okinawa, Hiroshima, Kanazawa, Nikko, Mt. Fuji and so on. I love music ― pops, rock, gospel and classical music. I'm a fan of Beethoven. Some day I'd like to go to Vienna and visit his houses and the forest, where he composed "the Pastoral Symphony". There are lots of attractions in Japan. You can visit shrines, temples, deer park etc. You can enjoy USJ, river cruise, anime museum, Japanese sake, Onsen and of course delicious Japanese dishes. Let's have fun together !

My name is Yoshi, alias known as "Lonesome Cowboy", who used to live and work in El Paso in the Lone Star state of the US. During my stay there, I was able to enjoy opportunities to go around the Southwest (TX, NM, AZ, UT, CO) alone, taking advantage of given long holidays. The total distance I drove was no less than 3,000 km (about 1,900 miles). I dropped by a motel in a countryside town along the highway, drank several glasses of whiskey at the bar, and the next day continued travelling for other new towns that I had never seen before. I felt that I was just a cowboy wandering place to place of the wide country in the middle of the 19th century. Long time has passed since I had come back to Japan from that exciting and fulfilling life there, and I already retired and came back to my hometown, KOHOKU (湖北; The northern region of lake Biwa, Shiga pref.) When I recall back those good old days, a kind of feeling that I would like to serve tourists from abroad has bubbled over in my mind. I want to help you to see and enjoy quite distinctive four seasons, impressive legends and moving stories caused by historic happenings, and casual everyday lives of the village people here. Let me guide you around KOHOKU, which is not definitely on the Golden route of Japan travel and will not become in the future either, but we believe you must be able to feel and catch a kind of essence of the Japanese people who had created and have developed the deep and genuine culture. Such nature, historical events and crystallization of the people's effort are the ultimate attraction of KOKOKU.

Les statues bouddhiques m’intéressent beaucoup, Les cerfs toujours vous attendent. Osaka, ma ville natale, est connu comme capitale de gastronomie. J’aime beaucoup flâner dans les rues, appréciant des bâtiments. Voulez-vous visiter le Château, des jardins japonais, des bâtiments modernes et contemporains dans la ville? Kyoto est la capitale du tourisme au Japon. Saviez-vous que la ville de Kyoto se trouve à côté d’Osaka ou de Nara? Ça fait à peu près d’une heure en train. I have lived in Osaka city and parts of Hyogo such as Kobe, Nishinomiya when I worked for a bank and cram schools and also, was a University student. And I made a short trip to various Kansai area such as Nara and Kyoto and so on, moreover a long trip to Kanto area such as Yokohama, Tokyo and Nikko. So I am knowledgeable about especially Kansai area, where there are some present-day major cities and other age-old or traditional major cities. They abound in awesome spots to see. My hobby is to walk around minor part of towns as well and mountainside to refresh my life and watch sport game such as baseball and soccer game, not just indoor game. Le recomiendo las rutas reputadas establecidas en mi perfil porque en las rutas se condensan las buenísimas cosas japonesas. Por supuesto podremos cambiarlos por algunos lugares que le gusten. También puedo hacer de guía a los lugares pocos turistas tranquilos que se encuentran en Kioto, Nara, Osaka, etc. Si quiere probar la comida japonesa auténtica, los llevaré a un restaurante típico japonés tradicional con varios platos que se come bien en Kioto. I have multiple jobs right now. One is a mediator and the other is an English teacher. After working for some life insurance company for about 40 years, I got a job for some Family Court as a mediator and I enjoy helping those who get in trouble. I also teach English for beginners, especially for TOEIC TEST. I love music. When I was in university student, I was a conductor for a male chorus. Since then I have been really into Opera. I don't mean to be pompous, but actually, I'm good at entertaining any guests at any occasion, as I had worked as head of sales, human resources, and branch manager. Almost a decade ago I had lived in Kyoto for 5 years and I have been enthralied by charm and attraction of Kyoto, such as history, culture, cuisine and beauty:as in cherry blossom in Spring, colorful leaves in Autumn and GION festival and so on. Conosco tutte le tre citta' molto bene! Prima di cominciare il lavoro di guida ho lavorato piu' di 10 anni come interprete in diversi campi, per occasioni di manifestazioni e eventi. Ho lavorato anche con gli cheff italiani e produttori degli alimenti. Mi interessa da piccola la cucina italiana, percio' adesso faccio anche la maestra di cucina italiana, solo nei periodi in cui ci sono pochi viaggiatori italiani che vengono in Giappone. Anche prima di diventare guida turistica, ho avuto alcune occasioni di accompagnare amici e parenti dei miei amici italiani che vivono in Giappone. Mi hanno chiesto tante cose sopratutto sul buddhismo e scintoismo. Prima non ho potuto rispondere alle domande. Per questo ho cominciato a studiare sul Giappone, cioe' sulla storia ,sulla cultura,e sulla religione. Posso farVi scoprire il fascino del Giappone adesso! La cerimonia del te' e' basata sull'ospitalita'. Vi accolgo con piena ospitalita'. Vi aspetto qui in Giappone!
