Born in Segovia. I am an official tour guide of Castille and Leon, mainly in Segovia and surrounding villages. Everytime I happen to walk in Segovia I feel like a tourist, yet with the knowledge of history of every corner of the city. It's easy to fall in love with Segovia being a World Heritage Site, having one of the most impressive Roman Aqueducts, a generous number of Romanesque churches, the last Gothic-style Spanish Cathedral and the Alcázar and much much more to discover. On top of I really enrich myself exchanging knowledge with different cultures, which I believe it makes the visit more joyful and interesting.

When I left my hometown Düsseldorf in 1999 to move to Barcelona, the Catalan capital was rather a polluted, shady and even dangerous industrial site than the trendy and cosmopolitan tourist destination it is nowadays. I came into town as a photographer and event manager and despite of Barcelona's guff post-industrial charm I was instantly overwhelmed by the creativity and passion of its people, their way of seeing things and to live their lives. With the time I got more and more attracted by tourism and achieved work experience as a property manager and travel consultor. Finally, I launched my own little travel consultancy in 2016 and since that I am offering luxury accommodations, DMC / concierge services and a wide range of day tours and group activities. My core business are private day tours from Barcelona to destinations like Girona, Tarragona, Sitges, Vic, Besalú or areas like Costa Brava, Penedés or Priorat. My mission is to leave the beaten path and to make my customers discover unique historical sites, beautiful landscapes, vibrant street life and amazing food and wine experiences. For the tour we use a comfy, private SUV that fits 4 passengers + driver / guide. I'm a licensed tour guide for Andalucia and I love my job. I own a minivan for six passengers (Mercedes-Benz V Class) and I do day trips and tours in a radio of two hours around my hometown. After 10 years working as a guide the most of the tours I do are private tours and I love this type of tours because allow me to be in touch with travellers who really want to enjoy the experience of discovering a destination by the hand of a local guide. When I'm guiding I love to share my expertise and knowledge whit the clients and I have realized that those travelers hiring a private tour want to be in touch with local people. So I include in my tours the visit to olive oil farms, wineries or chese makers. My purpose is that after their holidays clients remember the tour with me as a one of the highlights in the trip to Spain.

I studied architecture in Granada and during the degree I also worked as urban photography teacher and editor in an arts magazine.
