Dear Maggie, First of all, I truly want to say how sorry I am that you had such a frustrating experience. I completely understand how disappointing it must have felt. I would also like to kindly clarify the situation, as I have only recently regained access to my guide account and am now finally able to respond to your review. At the time of your booking in September, I had already stopped working in Barcelona starting in August due to health reasons and was temporarily out of the country. Before, I informed the company that I was unavailable to work anymore on the platform for some period of time and thought they would either assign another guide for you or to contact you directly to confirm the cancellation. Unfortunately, it seems there was a slight miscommunication on my and the company’s side, and this was not properly coordinated. Please know that I would never intentionally miss a tour. I always aim to create thoughtful, well-organized, and meaningful unique experiences for my guests, which makes me especially sad that this situation happened. The company later confirmed to me that the refund was processed, and I sincerely hope you received it without further inconvenience. Again, I’m truly sorry for the misunderstanding and the disappointment it caused. I genuinely hope your future travels bring you much better experiences. Warm regards, Anna

“A Tour I’ll Never Forget – Thanks to Anna”
I recently had the chance to explore Barcelona with Anna as my guide, and I can honestly say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. She took me through the Gothic Quarter and brought so much depth and insight to what I was seeing. Hi all and welcome to Spain. I want share with all visitors, as having being doing from more than 10 years by now, some lovely Spanish cities not so well known as Segovia, my parents, home town. If you want enjoy this roman city and its Acueduct, visit its castle, shape as a Walt Disney fairy tail and where enjoy delicious food as sockling pig, just let me know, I know all the best spots there. I'm used to this trip mainly heading from Madrid in Hisgh Speed train, affordable and in just 30' I love meeting foreigners begining as tourist and mostly ending friends :)
