Hello. I‘m Ken. I’m a certified guide for the city of Kyoto. I live just in between Kyoto and Osaka. My hobbies are tennis, swimming, and windsurfing in the summer. Kyoto is a city with over 1,000 years of history and so many attractions that it‘s difficult to see everything in one day. My tour includes highlights of Kyoto's popular spots making the most of your time. However, all of these can be customized based on your requests. I'll suggest spots to see based on your preferences, such as quiet areas away from the crowds. I'd love to work with you to create a plan that will be wonderful memories. I look forward to seeing you!

Catalina here! Local TourGuide of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar :) I came to Valparaíso 7 years ago and I fell in love with this place. I just love the intricate stairs, the hidden corners and colorful alleys.. its endless magic, its art community, its legacy and its resilience; the culture, the people, the port. Viña del Mar, our twin City: close sisters with very different souls. Viña is a beautiful Garden City, with nice beaches and restaurants, a lovely boardcoast, parks and nature, shops and old treasures around. Now I walk all over both cities sharing them with the world, and hoping you have a nice time and get to connect with this uniques cities in Latinoamerica. The tours I offer are flexible in many ways and they can be tailored to your needs or interests. So If you have questions or doubts just ask and share your ideas or worries. A little about myself! I studied Ecotourism. I love to walk, love nature, animals, and nice adventures. I also love hot chocolate, interesting conversations and creating things with my hands. I hope we can meet!

It took me some 20 years to be qualified for this job and I feel honored for being able to help tourists from abroad understand our nation and culture. Japan is a beautiful country with a long history, tradition and rich cultural heritages, having various features in each of the four distinct seasons. Although there are now many visitors from abroad, mainly from Asian countries, they are mostly interested in shopping taking advantage of cheaper yen rather than understanding our people and culture. Kyoto and Nara are the two cities best known by foreign tourists, but not all the aspects of Japanese culture are concentrated there. If you visit the countryside other than these two cities, you will never fail to see the beautiful natural surroundings and people who will warmly welcome you. I wish to work as the bridge between Japanese people and tourists from all over the world.

Hello! My name is Natsuko. Thank you for visiting my page. I used to work for a trading company, which gave me the opportunity to use English with overseas business partners. After leaving the company, I became an English teacher for children and I discovered that I really enjoy spending time with kids. I also had the experience of being a host family for international students, and it was so fulfilling to show them around various tourist spots and see them happy. I hope you can have a wonderful experience in Japan too! Would you like to join one of my fun tours? I look forward to seeing you again!

Hi! Thanks for reviewing my profile. I am Australian, from Sydney originally, but my life with Japan and its culture and history spans 40 years, and I have been a Hiroshima resident for 25 of those 40 years. I joined GoWithGuide in 2019, but I have led many tours in Hiroshima and more widely throughout metropolitan and regional Japan, sharing conversations about the unique society, its fascinating culture, and history. I also have written several tourism blogs for inbound tour companies and also the Hiroshima Prefectural Tourism Bureau. I speak fluent Japanese and I have immersed myself in the experience of living here in modern and traditional culture and spent many years studying martial arts Aikido and Iaido. I also have a strong interest in Buddhist teachings. My Japanese calligraphy work over the years has been received recognition and several awards and commissions both in Japan and elsewhere. I'm looking forward to spending a great experience sharing the culture and history of Hiroshima with you.

"Chuuganabira" or "Hello" as we say here in Shuri! I'm Sara. My mother is Japanese from Nagasaki and my father is American from Pennsylvania. I spent my formative years between Japan and the U.S. giving me a naturally bicultural outlook and global sensibility. I am a hospitality professional with over 35 years of experience in Japan’s international hotel and tourism industries having held senior positions with world-renowned hotels. I've welcomed distinguished guests - from artists and actors and political leaders and celebrity chefs. I have also worked as a simultaneous interpreter for major Japanese organizations supporting large scale cultural and international events. I relocated from Tokyo to Naha in 2003 because I totally fell in love with this beautiful port city during my travels - the warm friendly people, delicious local food, rich history and culture and most of all the breathtaking turquoise ocean and magnificent blue sky. My passion is making people happy through "omotenashi" - the Japanese art of polite, thoughtful and respectful hospitality. I specialize in Shuri Castle tours and have insider access to Shuri Castle through my onsite research, membership in the Shuri Castle Friendship Association and a close relationship with both the castle's staff and the Okinawa Churashima Foundation which operates the castle. I also have deep ties with the descendants of the Sho royal family, offering rare insights into the history and culture of the Ryukyu Kingdom. I am looking forward to introducing you to the royal, majestic and fascinating world of Shuri!

¡Hola! Hi! I’m Gonzalo, your certified guide in Prague. My name is Tullia, I was born in Veneto and my roots are firmly planted here. I love the territory where I live, from the Venice Lagoon to the cities of art, from medieval villages to the peaks of the Dolomites. In Venice, different cultures from the Mediterranean basin, Asian lands, and far-off lands of the East come together. And like Venice, which has traveled for more than a millennia, discovering different worlds, so am I: I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds, and I love traveling… walking at a slow pace. This is why from my philosophy of life, I have created a profession, with the goal of allowing my guests to embrace all the atmospheres, art, architecture, history, culture, and cuisine of the Veneto territory.

Szia! I’m a 37-year-old licensed, professional tour guide, born and raised in Budapest. I absolutely live and breathe this city. Having lived in 5 different countries across Europe and Asia, I know exactly what it feels like to arrive in a new place wanting to soak up the culture, history, and gastronomy. I treat my guests the way I want to be treated when I travel: with warmth, flexibility, and deep local insight. What Makes My Tours Special? With a professional background in journalism, media, and education, I bring stories to life. I can cover everything from intricate architecture and political history to contemporary local life. I used to work as a gastronomy journalist. So if you are a foodie, you are in excellent hands! As a vegan and a specialty coffee aficionado, I also know the absolute best hidden bars, plant-based spots, and coffee gems in town. I am a Budapest local & expert, but I also partially grew up in Szentendre—a stunning, Mediterranean-style artists' town in the Danube Bend. If you want to explore its cobblestone streets, I am a true local there as well! Tailoring itineraries to your specific pace and curiosity is my specialty. Whether you want an in-depth historical overview or a relaxed morning walk with great coffee stops, the day is entirely yours. Even after years of guiding daily, I am still incredibly passionate about meeting people from all over the world. By the end of our walk, you won't just leave with local tips—you'll leave with a local friend in Budapest. If you want to explore the city with a friendly, highly experienced, licensed guide who blends professionalism with a relaxed, authentic local vibe, let’s design your perfect experience together!

My name is Bereket, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with you. As your authentic and unique gateway to the uninterrupted daily life of my people, I aim to offer tailor-made, responsible, and genuine travel experiences for both individuals and groups. Born and raised in the heart of the Omo Valley, Jinka, I have a deep respect for Ethiopia's diverse ethnicities, its rich culture, and its stunning landscapes. The Omo Valley is renowned for its cultural attractions, and I have dedicated my life to sharing this beauty with others. From a young age, I was passionate about becoming a tour guide, inspired by the senior guides in my area. With a strong desire to pursue my dreams, I worked diligently to earn my professional tour guiding license after moving to the capital, Addis Ababa, due to the lack of educational opportunities in my hometown. I graduated from Lion Ethiopia Tourism and Hotel College, earning my tour guide certification on April 12, 2020, and my Tour Operation Supervision certification on August 6, 2021. Since then, I have been fortunate to work as a tour guide, exploring the magical destinations throughout Ethiopia. I genuinely look forward to hosting you on your Ethiopian journey and promise to do my utmost to ensure a remarkable experience.
